James Madison Rutledge III Scholarship

The James Madison Rutledge III Scholarship is open to undergraduate students at Columbus State University pursuing a degree in the natural sciences.
Funds may be used to cover tuition, textbooks, room and board and other reasonable costs associated with obtaining a degree.

Eligibility Requirements

Be an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, environmental science, geology, physics, space science, and secondary science education).
Exhibit a financial need, as determined by CSU’s Office of Financial Aid, based on information provided on Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Application to include a 250-word statement of need)
Minimum overall GPA of 2.5.

Preference will be given to students from Jordan High School who display academic promise and financial need.
