STEM Education Start Scholarship

This award was generously donated by the estate of Florence Brooks. Students currently enrolled in a Math, Science or Computer Science degree, who can demonstrate progress in a UTeach program of study toward a degree and teacher certification in STEM; Students must have successfully completed UTCH 1201 or be currently enrolled in UTCH 1201; Minimum College GPA 2.5. Preferred that students be full time students, and active participants in WeTeach. Preference for students in freshman or sophomore year. May be considered for renewal annually.
