Yarber-Allen Endowed Scholarship

The Yarber-Allen Endowed Scholarship has been established to assist rising sophomores and juniors at CSU in the College of Letters and Sciences with funds that may be used to cover tuition, textbooks, room and board and other reasonable costs associated with obtaining a degree.

Eligibility:

• Be a rising Sophomore or Junior student pursuing a degree in a discipline in the College of Letters and Sciences
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Be a first-generation college student and/or student from a single-parent households.
• Exhibit a financial need, as determined by CSU’s Office of Financial Aid, based on information provided on Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
• Disciplines in CSU’s College of Letters & Sciences include:
  Biology, Chemistry, Criminal Justice, Earth & Space Science, English Language & Literature, History, Liberal Arts (incl. Philosophy), Interdisciplinary Studies, Mathematics, Modern Languages & Culture, Political Science, Robotics Engineering, Psychology and Sociology
